A university assignment - learning from objects

After choosing an object from the Horniman Museum, the task was to create a video inspired by it. I chose Thai Shadow Puppets and used this as inspiration for the style of my animation.

The animation depicts the Thai festival of Loy Krathong, focusing on how a Loy Krathong - meaning floating basket - is made.
